The Commonwealth Court of Human Rights and Freedoms constitutes the third highest judicial authority of the British Commonwealth.

The Court hears all important cases in relation to human rights and freedoms.

The Court has 60 Judges, of which one is President + 3 Vice Presidents, whereas each elected in a member nation of the British Commonwealth via Supreme Congress.

The Court is based in Norway.
