The Court of Citizen Rights in Commonwealth Realms constitutes the fourth highest judicial authority of the British Commonwealth.
The Court hears cases in regards to citizen rights in Commonwealth Realms.
The Court has a General Judge appointed by The Commonwealth Crown, and two judges from each Commonwealth Realm. Commonwealth Realm judges are nominated by the Governor General in the Commonwealth Realm and confirmed by The Commonwealth Crown.
The Court is based in Greece.
