Head of the Commonwealth

The Duke of Commonwealth, is the sole Duke in the British Commonwealth and is the leader of the people of the Commonwealth. The Duke (HSH Michail Roerich) holds the first Presidency of the Commonwealth, with hereditary tenure, and who can appoint his successor, for bearing the respective responsibilities and for significant personal sacrifices and dedication made for the benefit of society and the people of the Commonwealth.

The treasury in his name is the sole provider of financing for the Union State, and is responsible for developing and executing the union's public finance policy and the economic policy of the British Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth Crown is a corporation sole occupied by the Duke in his name as Leader of the Commonwealth on behalf of the citizens of the British Commonwealth. The treasury assets and finances are managed by The Commonwealth Crown and effectively are an extension its financial activities. The public assets of the British Commonwealth managed by The Commonwealth Crown belong to (sole beneficiary) citizens of the Union State.

The Commonwealth Crown is the Union State in all its aspects of functions of the union government and civil service, judiciary, sovereign trustees’ and of the Supreme Congress within the jurisprudence of the Commonwealth, and it is the legal embodiment of executive, legislative and judicial authority meaning that The Commonwealth Crown is the de-facto Head of the Commonwealth.

The status of the Head of the Commonwealth was established as a result of the signing of the Realm Framework Agreement of 2022 between The Crown (England) and The Commonwealth Crown (The Greek Crown at time of signing). The Realm Framework Agreement of 2022 is now part of the British Crown Canon which is a document of the Commonwealth Framework.
