How Ukraine is cracking down on undesirable people

For a long time Ukraine has been struggling with the problem of corruption at various levels of government. Corruption can create situations in which laws and regulations are not enforced and power and resources are abused. The lack of independence of courts and prosecutors leads to lawlessness in the justice system, especially now, in times of war.

State government mechanisms are being turned into a supermarket where money can buy everything - reprisals against the unwanted, revenge, culling of business, criminal prosecution and even physical elimination of a person.

Today's ruling green elite came with slogans of eradicating corruption, transparency and honesty without nepotism, cronyism, cronies and classmates. (video link) This power came with the idea that new, young faces are needed in power, who will develop Ukraine, raise its economy, and bring the country to a new level.

However, this government is one of the most corrupt, and the people who came to power are either close friends or people from Zelensky's entourage, his clients, classmates, artists, producers, lawyers and lawyers of «Kvartal 95”, or people who bought seats of power from his former colleagues (link). Only the amounts are different now.

If you are a close friend of Zelensky, or you are his former colleague, classmate, or you hold a high position in his law enforcement system, you can do anything. In Zelensky's country his laws apply, but not always Zelensky's laws are in line with the laws of the country.

The insane thirst for big money of his henchmen has given birth to a new kind of 'decision-makers' in Ukraine. Everything has its own value and through them it became possible to solve everything - it is only a question of money. After Zelensky's victory in the elections, their material condition has noticeably improved. If earlier they had to beg for tips from their customers, today they are able to leave large tips themselves, as the money comes to them 24/7, without restrictions, checks and reports.

All the old corrupt and criminal scum - raiders, murderers, swindlers - of Ukraine began to solve their own issues, issues of their 'clientele', to rob the country and enrich themselves. Apparently, Zelensky and his henchmen imagined the 'Ukraine of their dreams' as a country where there is no law, but everything is bought and sold.

Money was carried by everyone, it poured out in rivers, it was brought in big and small bags, in boxes, brought home, given in nightclubs, where the entire Kvartal 95 did not work, did not sing and dance, and did not entertain the public, but accepted offerings. Drug-sniffing 'new authorities', actors, 'solvers' jointly receive 'clients'. To many people with dubious reputations, the 'Kvartal people' became friends who were very good at playing friendship. They were gifted with expensive clothes, expensive wine.

Money from such things as smuggling, tenders, sale of posts, land, grain, agro-products, state property, natural resources, gas, metal, amber, wood, forests, military equipment, weapons, uniforms, army aviation, and drug trafficking or, as they called it, 'dual-use goods' started coming in regularly, everything worked like clockwork. They were getting richer and happier.....

At some point, it was time to go through all those they had favoured and who had not come to them themselves with a tribute or offering. During the election campaign, Zelensky's team, despite powerful financing from the Ukrainian oligarchy, did not bend on help for the election drip from ordinary people, politicians, clients, customers. So they got a pool of ambitious, promising, enterprising people to whom they promised changes, improvement of microclimate for business and eradication of corruption.

Using the state power, the 'Kvartalovites' led by Zelensky started to satisfy their ego, to arrange political repressions, administrative pressure, to initiate criminal cases against former or opposition politicians, officials not appointed by them, law enforcers, successful people from business, with whom Zelensky and his entourage had quite different relations before the arrival of the green power. It's time, as 'flawed Vovan' says, to give everyone what they deserve, so that not 'we to them, and they all to us'.

Since Volodya and his entourage loved yellow gold in the TV series 'Servant of the People', they decided to deal with representatives of agrarian business - the yellow gold of Ukraine. One particularly striking example was Serhii Vahanian, a businessman from the agrarian and medical sectors, at whom the 'Kvartal 95' had previously performed at corporate parties and family holidays, with whom they were friends and were members of his house.

At one of the regular family celebrations in August 2019, representatives of the “Kvartal 95” said that he (Sergey Vahanian) had had enough of being ownerless. Having figured out the structure of the business, the 'Kvatral’s representatives' started demanding money for the opportunity to continue working and running the business. They created artificial problems and at the same time offered to solve them for a certain fee. Having unlimited and uncontrolled power, the president's men demanded more and more handouts and created more and more problems. The President's representatives - former actors and employees of the 'Kvartal 95' studio, who became officials, law enforcers, and sometimes just grey cardinals, 'solvers' - created a lot of criminal cases, which were visible only on paper and served as 'intimidation' for the entrepreneur Sergey Vahanian. Sergey Vahanian was forced to pay to solve the fabricated criminal cases. The terms on which President Zelenski's people worked varied: someone needed to buy furniture, a car, someone demanded 50% of the profits, someone demanded to buy him land or a flat.

Since the agrarian business was and is a strategic and politicised business and was controlled as the most profitable directly by the SBU of Ukraine, Serhii's 'good old classmate' and friend Ivan Bakanov (who at that time was the head of the SBU of Ukraine and before that just a legal adviser of Kvartal 95) introduced Andrei Naumov to him as his right-hand man, whom Serhii had known long before his work in the SBU. Bakanov said that Andrei was in charge of all his 'schemes' and that he would have to communicate with him as Serhii's supervisor on all business issues. Serhii had no choice but to accept Bakanov and Naumov's terms of employment. At first, the gratitude for the group of curators from the SBU was expressed in the purchase of furniture for Naumov's personal residence and Bakanov's house, payment of bills, assistance to the SBU charity fund, then their appetites began to grow. Naumov and Bakanov's requests began to include the purchase of cars, including armoured cars for their personal use (worth about 2 million dollars), expensive gifts in the form of recreational equipment - snowmobiles, ATVs, and yachts (worth about 1.5 million dollars), jewellery for wives and mistresses, as well as payment for flights on private charters in Ukraine and abroad. Then followed the extortion of a certain amount of cash every month, which was given to him personally in his hands in the building of the SBU on Vladimirskaya 33, and the amount fluctuated from the volume of sold (exported) grain and, of course, from the amount of profit made (as these were mostly cash sales directly at the port and these were the conditions dictated to Serhii Naumov and Bakanov to get more profit) and ranged from 30 to 50%, which amounted to millions of dollars per month.

Naumov and Bakanov's influence in the law enforcement system and in the political arena of Ukraine grew rapidly every month. After a while, there was an urgent request to work with the most corrupt structure in this industry - the State Enterprise (link), which is a state enterprise and should purchase and store grain for the state stockpile and for the state's earnings in this sphere. However, this state enterprise was used for personal enrichment of certain political circle of persons and acted as an element of bargaining among political forces of Ukraine. Since Naumov and Bakanov saw a huge potential and success, as well as an opportunity to earn a lot of money with Serhii, they strongly recommended to use the services of elevators of the state corporation (to store grain crops there), so they could get additional money for it. Before that, the state corporation did not store the grain of commercial structures, but only stored state grain. Then they started to dictate to Serhii the terms of which enterprise to sell this grain for cash.

Since Sergey had about 180 thousand tonnes of grain crops in storage and Naumov knew about it, as some volumes were stored at the elevators of the State Food Grain Corporation of Ukraine, then on 29.12.2020 Sergey was ordered to meet with the head of the Security Service of Ukraine in Odessa region - V.A. Dorovskiy, ostensibly to identify a buyer for this volume. Dorovskoy fulfilled the command of his bosses (who for 5 million dollars from his father - Dorovskiy Alexander, co-owner of the pharmaceutical factory 'Zdorovye', which the latter owns jointly with Russian oligarch and State Duma deputy - Alexander Shishkin: link), he was appointed to lead Odessa. Judging by his background, he really needs a son in a non-ranking position in the SBU (link).

Dorovskoy organised a meeting in his office with agrarian businessmen from Mykolaiv and Odessa. They turned out to be Ivan Cheban (a novice non-criminal authority figure and a car park patron in Odessa) and Oleg Afanasiev (co-owner of the Nikolaev firm SAMGA, which traded in grain crops and soybean meal), as well as a deputy of the Nikolaev city council from the banned pro-Russian party OPZZh (link). And he said that they, having a joint grain business with him, were reliable solvent buyers who were ready to buy all the volumes of grain that Serhii Vahanian would have.

From the beginning of January 2021, Afanasiev and Cheban gave addresses for unloading grain crops. For example, sunflower seed was unloaded under contracts of the SAMGA company to the oil-processing enterprise Zolotoy Drakon in Kryvyi Rih. In the city of Bashtanka, Mykolaiv region, to the local oil extraction plant, which, according to Afanasiev, belonged to his fellow party member from the city's Opposition Platform for Life party in the Mykolaiv City Council. Corn and wheat was transported, again according to verbal agreements between Afanasiev and Cheban, to the Nika-Terra enterprise in Mykolaiv, to the port of the city of Yuzhny to the TIS-Grain enterprise, to the city of Chornomorsk to the OLMPEX CUPE INTERNATIONAL enterprise, and to the port of Odessa to the Brooklyn-Kiev enterprise, which belongs to the unofficial owner of Odessa, Oleksandr Angert. All deliveries to the above-mentioned ports to enterprises were made in the Odessa and Nikolaev regions purely through Afanasiev, Dorovskiy and Cheban. This trio actively fulfilled the role of operators. They paid on time every day for the unloaded goods. Naumov and Bakanov's group of Kvartal personalities were satisfied with everything, they received their tens of millions of dollars of profit, but the appetites of their henchmen and pawns were growing. When Serhii Vahanian made a proposal as a private investor to take on lease the Odessa combine of bread products, which was in an abandoned decadent state, was in state ownership and belonged to the state grain corporation of Ukraine. Naumov gladly agreed to help him with this, but said that for financial control, it was necessary to appoint a person to this enterprise through the State Grain Corporation of Ukraine, controlled by the Security Service of Ukraine. And since this enterprise was located in Odessa, he informed Serhii that a man of the Russian agent Dorovsky, who has since been head of the Odessa SBU, would be appointed director of this enterprise. The director was appointed by Dorovskoy, but he was, a person close to Afanasiev and Cheban. After the conclusion of the agreement on toll processing of raw materials (wheat into flour) at the above-mentioned enterprise, the equipment was renovated, electrical communications were repaired, debts for gas, light and water were paid, debts on salaries were paid, not a single person who worked at this enterprise was fired, everyone was paid their salaries, which had been delayed for the last 10 years (as of the summer of 2021). The abandoned enterprise finally started to work and began to produce top grade flour, exporting it to the UAE, Spain, Italy and African countries. Such entrepreneurship and crisis management were very happy with the scum of the Kvartal and the SBU leadership, who were getting more and more black profit every month by extortion.

In the summer of 2021, in addition to the majority of Ukrainian artists and Kvartal-95, top officials, the presidential administration, the SBU leadership and the leadership of regional SBU departments were present at Serhii Vahanian's wedding in Odessa. At the wedding, the SBU leadership (Naumov) made an offer that they said was impossible to refuse. The proposal was that Serhii Vahanian should become the head of the Odessa regional state administration, in simple words, the governor of the Odessa region. If only such results, which were shown in business and filling the pockets of the President of Ukraine, the SBU, the actors of Kvartal-95 could not but please the best friend, classmate of the President, the head of the SBU (at that time) Ivan Bakanov. The offer was so insistent that, according to them, it could not be refused. Serhii categorically did not want to accept the offer, but they were persistent and went to their goal, if only the corrupt schemes of Kaufman, Granovsky, Grenivetsky, Angert in Odessa society were creeping out of every crevice. And it was necessary to raise the region from its knees in a good way, to reform the health care system (what Serhii did in 2017 and in 2020, link, link). As Serhii began to realise that they had their own plans and were pursuing their own interest, he refused for the second time and said that he would engage in entrepreneurial activities and expand his business. But their persuasions were so persistent that they invited him to the presidential administration and once again asked him to accept the offer to take up the position of governor, because according to them, no one could cope with the powers and responsibilities entrusted to him better than Serhii and his knowledge of this area.

Sergey agreed and started preparing the transfer of business affairs to his assistant Boyko Maxim, who was in the business as an accountant, treasurer, financier, as well as a trusted person, on whom were registered the volumes of grain crops in the elevators of Ukraine, bank accounts and much more. Meetings began in the walls of the Security Service of Ukraine and the administration of the President of Ukraine, the formation of a new team, which was to include people Naumov, Bakanov, Tatarov, Yermak.

Everything went according to the plan of this corrupt organised group, to which Dorovskoy, Afanasiev and Cheban had already been added.

One day, in mid-August, Dorovskoy and Cheban approached Sergey with a proposal to ship 90,000 tonnes of corn to a certain company of theirs. Since the one-time amount of the transaction was very large (over 12 million dollars), the security service of the company and the security service of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine, through the port elevator of which the shipment was planned, made a conclusion that this company should not sell anything, since their reputation has facts of fraud, and also in the founders of this company (Cyprus) there were people associated with people-smugglers from the sanctions. Sergey Vahanian refused to carry out this transaction, which made the group of people very upset. Cheban and Afanasiev expressed their indignation at Sergey's refusal, and Dorovskoy was very angry. You bet, because every time any ship left the port of Odessa region, he extorted and got his money.

And it wasn't just from Serhii's enterprises. Especially angry, to Serhii's surprise, were Bakanov and Naumov, saying that they needed to replenish the party coffers. Cheban and Dorovskoy started making claims about the allegedly broken deal. Serhii Vahanian was threatened, including physical threats. Settlements with the companies of Cheban, Afanasiev and Dorovskoy became very slow. Weekly reconciliation acts had to be begged for a long time. Cheban and Dorovskoy started to make non-existent financial claims, although, as it turned out later, Cheban's enterprises owed 4 million 782 thousand 800 US dollars for the supplied products.

Some time later, after another visit of Sergey to the Administration of the President of Ukraine, Naumov told Sergey that allegedly the national police, together with the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine, was conducting an investigation into the corrupt activities of the management of STATE FOOD AND GRAIN CORPORATION OF UKRAINE and commercial enterprises, that he would not understand why in the addresses indicated in the court decision to search, was the address of Sergey Vahanian in Kiev. After all this, Serhii told him that he had no idea that he was working in the normal mode.

A week later, near the entrance to a housing complex in Kyiv, where Serhii and his family lived, Serhii was attacked, which was repelled by his security guards. Threats began to come more and more frequently: from criminal elements to representatives of the senior staff of law enforcement agencies. One day after this incident, Naumov called Serhii to his house late at night for a conversation. Upon arriving at Naumov's unofficial back office, Serhii saw Ukrainian oligarch Vadim Yermalaev (link, link), with whom he was well acquainted and had co-operated with him in the supply of seed, corn and wheat to his 'ALEF' elevators. And about whom Serhii knew that Yermolaev, having met Andrei Naumov at Serhii's wedding, had paid him $5 million to ensure that the Ukrainian Security Service would not place Yermolaev on the NSDC-sanctions list (National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine) because of his cash-in-transit and money laundering machinations. Naumov told Serhii that in order to avoid problems with the Ukrainian law enforcement system, Serhii should give Naumov and the director (as he called Ivan Bakanov) the sum of $20 million in cash, when Serhii asked what for, Naumov said for becoming governor of the Odessa region in a week and as an apology (a fine) for the disrupted sale of 90,000 tonnes of corn. Allegedly, the party treasury of the presidential 'Party of ZE' did not receive its offering. And now Serhii's business will be managed by the accommodating Boyko. Serhii said that he would not do that and he did not understand what it was about and where he could get such money. Naumov told him that in order for Serhii to have no problems in the future, he needed to bring 20 million dollars worth of grain to Yermalaev's elevators. Yermalaev confirmed that he was ready to give Naumov this money in cash and told Serhii to bring grain to his elevators. Serhii told Naumov that the grain was in Boyko's name, Naumov said that he knew this and that he had already spoken to Boyko, and also emphasised that Serhii should not think of avoiding this offer, as no country in Europe would save him, he would be found everywhere.

The next morning on Tsutskeridze's verbal command they tried to remove state security from Serhii, they also tried to remove security from his wife. Serhii began to receive threats from representatives of the criminal world, as well as from the heads of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. It was already evident that he (Serhii) was under external surveillance.

On the evening of 6 September 2021, Serhii received a phone call from Naumov's and Bakanov's closest friend and associate Oleksandr Axt, who was the smuggling kingpin of Ukraine and the purse strings of Naumov, Bakanov and Zelensky (link), informing Serhii 'ostensibly in a friendly manner' that he would be searched in the case of the head of STATE FOOD AND GRAIN CORPORATION OF UKRAINE (link), and informed Serhii, 'ostensibly in a friendly manner', that he would be searched in the case of the head of the STATE FOOD AND GRAIN CORPORATION OF UKRAINE(link).

Some time later, Serhii's security guard informed Serhii that an explosive device had been placed in a ventilation shaft above Serhii's cars in the car park of the house in Kiev where Serhii lived. After receiving this information, Serhii sent his family, accompanied by security guards, home to Odessa and left for Western Ukraine. From this point on, the police officers who were guarding Serhii's family began receiving verbal instructions from their supervisor, Oleksiy Bereznevich (link, link), to leave the family without their presence. But it must be credited that the police officers did not do so at that time. Serhii's family received threats. Serhii himself also received threats.

On 15 September 2021, in a conversation with Boyko, who had not picked up the phone for 9 days, Serhii learned that Boyko had told Naumov and Bakanov that he had very serious dirt on them; moreover, he was in very good possession of and knew information about many illegal acts committed by Naumov and Bakanov, the leadership of the Presidential Administration, as well as the high heads of other security agencies. Moreover, he had proof of it all. They decided not only to rob him, but also to physically eliminate him after this information.

On the 15th of September 2021 in the evening on the central square of Lviv Sergey recorded a video message addressed to the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine that he and his family were in danger and they wanted to kill him. After that, in the early morning he came to Kiev and made a notarised statement, attached a flash drive with the video message and some evidence of the threat to his life and the lives of his family and gave it to his lawyer, and went to the airport. Being already on the plane to Vienna, Serhii told his lawyer that he could already throw his statement together with the evidence into the mailbox of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and then into the mailbox of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv region. Serhii Vahanian flew to Austria.

Further political persecution only gained momentum. Telephone threats and surveillance of the family were just the tip of the iceberg. The leadership of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine initiated a criminal case on the fact of fraud on a particularly large scale. The reason for initiating this case was a written receipt allegedly written on behalf of Serhii Vahanian to a certain Mr Andrei Borisovich Grinko that Serhii allegedly took 5 million dollars from him. In fact, this receipt was 'made' by the Director of the Institute of Special Equipment and Forensic Expertise of the Security Service of Ukraine Andriy Viktorovich Svintsytskyi, who was a faithful servant of Bakanov, through their 'staff artist' and a number of other similar receipts, only addressed to other people. Further in the testimony Mr Grinko says that he does not remember where and how he met Serhii, at whom exactly from his friends at a party, does not remember who exactly introduced Serhii to him, where exactly Serhii lives, also does not remember, what Serhii does also does not remember, he only knows that Serhii has two children, in the summer of 2021 was a wedding, at business meetings Serhii was accompanied by his personal guard, who drove a personal dark-coloured car, the brand of the car he also does not remember. But he remembers and knows the series and number of Sergey's passport. He comments on the situation with the money as follows: Serhii called him on the phone and asked for 5 million dollars, he was on holiday at the time, it was night on his continent. He asked his friend Andrey Zhovnir (who happened to be Naumov's colleague, a prosecutor from the Yanukovych-era Prosecutor General's Office - link) to go to the bank and take the money in cash from the Alta Bank safe deposit box. Then he gave them to the driver, who then handed them over in the cafe 'Eurasia' in Kiev to whom he does not know, to someone allegedly from the assistants, but not personally to Serhii. Serhii Vahanian's assistants handed over a receipt dated 19.08.2021, allegedly written on his behalf, on the transfer of funds in debt of 5 million 817 thousand 295 dollars. He does not remember who exactly it was.

The situation is the same with other 'receipts' on the case file. The senior investigator of the State Investigation Department of Ukraine, as well as his boss Tsutskeridze, were closely connected with Naumov and Bakanov and decided that the testimony of Boyko and two other people, whom Serhii had never seen in person, would be enough to hand him a suspicion in absentia. The suspicion was handed over in Poltava to Serhii's stepfather, with whom he has not been in contact for more than 20 years, and to the janitor of the housing complex where Serhii lives in Kiev. The investigation said that they did not know Serhii's address in Odessa and Kiev, nor his wife's address or telephone numbers, although in the falsified testimonies of other pound fake 'victims', there is clear information about Serhii's places of residence in Odessa, Kiev and his telephone numbers. Within two days of being handed the suspicion, without conducting a single investigative action, Serhii was put on an international wanted list. Without even taking mobile phone traffics of either Sergey or those people who allegedly 'gave him money'. After that, upon reaching the wanted list, the investigation was suspended for some reason.

Odious Denis Pugach. In the criminal case on the fact of Serhii's fraud, the testimony of his ex-adviser to the head of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine of Ukraine and ex-adviser to the head of the Ukrainian Railway, Denis Pugach, who allegedly transferred 1 million 200 thousand dollars to Serhii, magically and unexpectedly surfaces. In a text message and in a conversation with him, Pugach made it clear that he is an adviser to the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevgeny Yenin (who died in January 2023) and will personally monitor and put pressure on the investigation, which will do everything he says. When Serhii asked what Pugach needed from him, and that it was not true, Pugach told Serhii to give him or at least tell him where the documents (compromising evidence) on Olegovich (Naumov) were. Then he told Serhii that he had unlimited power and would find him anywhere in the world and thus make a gift to Naumov.

Then came the low deeds: the attempted murder of Serhii's wife by Mr. Afanasyev, who shot at his wife's car (the attempt was repelled by personal guards, who the next day were removed from Serhii's family on the order of Bereznevich, who was part of the attacking syndicate) in the house where Sergey's family lived in Odessa, on December 11, his birthday, and on December 21, the birthday of his child, searches were carried out. The reason for the searches was the alleged counterfeit production of vodka and cigarettes by Sergey's wife. Oleg Afanasyev, who supervised the investigators, was present at both searches as witnesses. The search was completed and resumed again 4 times. There was only one question during the search: 'Tell me where Serhii is and the search will end, and tell me where his flash drives with compromising evidence are.' Then there were obstacles with Sergey's wife going abroad. They did not let her out under various pretexts, searching the car at the border, and the border guards asked her if she was accidentally flying to her husband and to which city, whether she would share his address.

At the end of January, she finally managed to fly out on the fifth attempt with her daughter and parents. After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, pro-Russian General Naumov fled Ukraine. The chair of the head of the SBU under Lieutenant Bakanov was very shaky.

In March 2022, through mutual friends, subordinates of Vasyl Malyuk, at that time the first deputy of the SBU, contacted Serhii with a request to testify against Naumov and Bakanov, and share part of the compromising evidence that Serhii has. As part of the pre-trial investigation, which is being conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation under the article 'Treason' against Naumov, Bakanov and their appointed personnel. In return, Serhii was promised an objective investigation of his case and the cessation of political persecution. punishment of all those responsible, prosecutors Simomenko, Mustetsi, Kalinin, head of the Department of Strategic Investigations of Ukraine Andriy Rubel, head of the Main Investigative Directorate of Ukraine Tsutskeridze, head of the National Police Klymenko (now the Minister of Internal Affairs as of October 2023), senior investigator of the Main Investigative Directorate Zhygun, head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Odessa region Dorovsky, judges Vovk S.V., Frich T.V., Sokolov, Khainatsky, Pidpaly, Belotserkovets, Ilyeva, Novak, Ostapchuk, Yurdyga, Melnyk, Lashevich V.N., Rybak, Kaganovskaya, who were a single criminal community of Naumov and Bakanov and were well financially motivated in the process of illegal political repression of Serhii Vahanian (there is real irrefutable evidence of this: amounts, dates, etc.). He recorded a video message addressed to the president, where he briefly outlined the facts of corruption acts of the president's entourage and the facts of his, Sergey's, political repression (after that, Naumov was stripped of the rank of General of Ukraine We endured many times more than the enemy thought. They said three or five days. They thought that it would be enough for them to take over our entire country. And it's already 36. And we're standing. In April 2022, lawyers filed a motion to change Serhii's measure of restraint so that he could enter Ukraine and begin to testify in the case of treason and begin to participate in the trial of the case in which he is accused. Serhii's measure of restraint was changed from arrest to a personal obligation. After that, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine, headed by Viktor Dorovsky, came to the workplace of Serhii's father-in-law and kidnapped him, brought him to the local SBU department in the basement under the guise of involvement in sabotage groups, severely beat him and Dorovskoy, Sergey's father-in-law recognized his voice, since Dorovskoy was in Sergey's house. I took my father-in-law's phone and asked him, 'Where is your son-in-law?' After that, after beating him badly, they took him in a car to one of the streets of Odessa and threw him on the road.

A week later, SBI investigators arrived, took testimony from Serhii, told him to get ready and come to Ukraine in a week to participate in investigative actions. According to the investigator of the State Bureau of Investigation, Serhii had to give documents and testimony in order for Vasyl Malyuk to become the head of the SBU of Ukraine as soon as possible instead of Ivan Bakanov. Investigator Zhigun canceled the international search for Sergey. Then those weeks turned into months... In July 2022, for unknown reasons, after the expiration of all procedural deadlines for appeal, without explaining any reasons, the prosecutor's office filed an appeal against the decision to choose a measure of restraint. The decision was again changed in the interests of the prosecutor's office of Simomenko, Mustetsa and Kalinin to arrest. But no investigative actions took place again, which once again proves that their goal is to search, not to investigate. In November 2022, Sergey managed to prove his case in court and cancel the suspicion altogether. Investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation again contacted Serhii and said that the treason case had been resumed and his testimony was very valuable and important.

Serhii and his family were driving home on the autobahn when they were stopped by the police and asked to show their documents. When checking the documents, they saw that Serhii was wanted by Interpol, they also saw that he was removed from there, asked why he was there, he briefly described the situation to them, they invited Serhii and his family to the police station, sending a request to the central bureau of Interpol in Lyon, they received an answer that this citizen was wanted, then he was recalled by the Ukrainian side from the wanted list. Then they sent a request to the Office of the Interpol Bureau in Ukraine, from where they could not wait for an answer for 4 hours, after 4 hours General Nevolya, the head of the central department of Interpol in Ukraine, at the request of the head of the Main Investigative Directorate (glorious investigative department) Maxim Tsutskeridze, sent an answer that yes, this request for the search for Sergey Vahanian is relevant. Serhii was detained, and the Ukrainian side, even on Sunday, began to actively suck out facts and falsify documents for Serhii's extradition to Ukraine, because there was and is only one goal - his physical elimination, because what he knows is not needed by Zelensky, not by his gangster entourage, they do not need an objective investigation into the facts of treason by top officials and friends of Zelensky, they do not need an objective investigation into the far-fetched case against Vahanian himself, because they will automatically find out for themselves, because they simply robbed him and he is no longer desirable to them. They have only one goal – to deal with them. After 40 days of failure to provide proper evidence of Sergey's guilt, the Austrian Court released Serhii from custody, but the Ukrainian authorities, wishing to deal with the undesirable, again restore the deadline for an appeal against the decision to cancel the suspicion of November 2022 and postpone the hearing on the appeal from January 2023 every 2 weeks until June 26, 2023 and still make a decision to refuse to cancel the suspicion. The judges who made this decision called Serhii's lawyer and said that they were under pressure from the office of the President of Ukraine, and that the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of Ukraine came to them and, hiding behind nepotism, asked to cancel the decision to cancel the suspicion (there is an audio recording). After that, the case is taken over by the State Bureau of Investigation. At last, there was hope. But in a telephone conversation in August 2023 with the lawyer and in a written response to the lawyer, the SBI investigator Gapich informs Sergey's lawyer that the petition he filed to familiarize himself with the criminal case, finally for two years of its existence, cannot be satisfied, the reason is that the investigator doubts that Sergey's lawyer is really his lawyer and represents his (Sergey Vahanian's) interests and that the documents provided (agreements on the provision of legal assistance between his wife Sergey and a lawyer in the interests of Sergey Vahanian and a direct contract between Sergey Vahanian and a lawyer) are probably illegitimate. But as we can see earlier, all the courts and judges who made legal or illegal decisions accepted Sergey's lawyer as his official defender, in accordance with the same documents submitted to the SBI.

In September 2023, in a subsequent conversation, the recording of which Serhii has, one of the high-ranking detectives of the SBI told Serhii verbatim that due to the political situation, the president forbade the investigation of the case against his classmate Ivan Bakanov on the fact of treason and the surrender of Kherson and Mariupol, as well as part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the leadership of the SBI and all the people involved in this process did not make a single decision on it, even Vasyl Malyuk, the new head of the SBU, who became the head of the SBU with the help of compromising evidence provided by Serhii Vahanian on Bakanov, does not intend to contribute to an objective investigation of the case of treason and the surrender of part of the territory of Ukraine by Naumov, who is currently (10/31/2023) in prison in Serbia (link) and Bakanov. And the only decision they made was that Sergey Vahanian should not be released in the legal field, the detective of the State Bureau of Investigation cannot say anything else. In a word, he, Serhii, was once again leaked, even those who gave the word of an officer.

After that, Serhii and his family received threats, and in Ukraine, these threats are received by his relatives and his wife's relatives. His wife's mother had to resort to physical protection. Serhii's family, wife, and children receive reports of threats and physical violence.

This is how Zelensky's people, those who are now in the euphoria of unlimited power, stupefied by a sense of invincibility, deal with the unwanted, at a time when there is a war with an external enemy in the country, they enrich themselves by taking away business, property, using their manual law enforcement system. The non-humans who are now in power, having drowned the country in blood, are very skillful in dealing with undesirables.
